Futura Clean
Automatic machine for the production of bags, pouches, sheets, and flat films from plastic films in white rooms.

Futura Clean is a welding machine for the production of bags and pouches with bottom sealing, starting from tubular film.

The materials of the tubular film can be:
PE Polyethylene (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE), PP Polypropylene, both virgin and recycled, BIO plastics (organic, biodegradable, or compostable).

The production formats range from 100 to 3000 mm in length, while the sealing width varies, depending on the model, from 1000 mm to 1400 mm (the machine can operate on multiple lanes to cover the maximum sealing width). Larger sealing widths and specific applications can be developed upon request.

Changes in length and thickness do not cause production downtime.

Futura Clean machines are built with a supporting structure, using high-quality materials such as stainless steel, galvanized, and chromed metals. Other components in the range have also been redesigned with materials suitable for cleanroom environments, such as anodized aluminum rollers.

Futura Clean machines can be sanitized in every part using 80% isopropanol detergent solutions. The external metal framework is painted in RAL 9010 color.

The Makralon covers, which ensure safety and operational control in the Futura series, are maintained in the Clean range.

The software program for all the welding machines and the accessories has been developed entirely within the company by specialized engineers.

The machine control programs can be personalized according to the customer’s production requirements.

  • The load-bearing structure is stabilized and made of noble metals.
  • Roll holder complete with shafts and braking system.
  • Roller conveyor with special reinforced profiles.
  • Welding unit fitted with nickel/chromium convex sealing strips and electronic heat control to obtain homogeneous and resistant welding.
  • Autofocus photocell for printed material.
  • Brushless servomotor to ensure constant control of the material infeed speed in sync with the welding bar.
  • Feed rollers and gusseting units protected by a patented anti-rolling system.
  • Automatic, continuous cycle bag stacks collection belt for NON-STOP production.
