Automatic medical bag making machine.
Med 1000 is an automatic machine ideal to produce medical bags by overlapping two flaps of film even of different materials, perfectly centered and tensioned thanks to a special system developed by our company that allows for the application of special welding and cutting units even in the case of large surfaces, and realized at the request of the customer.
For this reason, the unwinding/film overlapping unit can be placed at a distance of more than 10 meters from the final cutting/longitudinal sealing/finished product collecting units and is therefore suitable to the most different welding and cutting systems in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
Med 1000 is composed of:
- 2 independent film unwinders with continuous control and management of tension and film centering.
- Overlapping system for the two flaps of different films.
- Welding unit to be chosen together with the customer, to make bags of various shapes from overlapped films.
- Longitudinal cutting units.
- Horizontal flying knife.
- Collection of bag stacks on an antistatic belt or wound on a reel
Med 1000 has a maximum useful cutting and welding distance of 1000 mm.
Description of individual units.
Double reel holder
Double reel holder with separately controlled braking for the two reels, able to keep the film at the right tension.
The reel unwinding speed is controlled by two inverters according to the height of the respective dancers.
Central body
The central body of the machine includes two rubberized roll calenders with a brushless motor for correct film infeed and two photocells for printed material control.
Mould welding unit
The mould welding unit consists of:
- Main structure.
- Perforated mould holder for heating elements.
- Spark plug heating elements with thermocouple for mould support heating.
- Thermoregulators for temperature control and setting.
- Moulds and shapes to be defined on request.
- Mechanical welding unit movement by means of toothed belts or pneumatic pistons.
- Three-phase motor and vector inverter for welding group movement.
- Silicone belt for contrasting the welding unit.
- Three-phase motor for belt movement.
- Possibility to change the mould for different shapes.
Longitudinal blade cutting unit
Longitudinal blade cutting unit with two or more tracks depending on bag size.
Horizontal flying knife unit
Bag collection unit
Bag collection unit on antistatic belt at a height ideal for correct extraction of the finished product.
The machine is programmed to make stacks of variable pieces that are overlapped and staggered with the newly formed stacks.
